MEGRO Mousti-Click First aid for insect bites
MOUSTI-Click® is often a helpful solution for relieving the irritating and itchy effects of mosquito bites. MOUSTI-Click® works on the basis of piezoelectricity – simply hold the device on an insect bite and click 8–10 times in a row; itching and inflammation are electrothermally neutralised and no longer cause discomfort. MEGRO Dermatophyte Selective Agar (Taplin)
With Thermo Scientific Dermatophyte Selective Agar (Taplin), dermatophytes and other fungi can be selectively isolated and rapidly differentiated. The medium contains cycloheximide, gentamicin and chlortetracycline, which suppress the accompanying bacterial flora as well as, in part, the growth of other yeasts and moulds. A colour change in the medium distinguishes dermatophytes from other fungi that may be present.
