First Aid Emergency Backpacks
In an emergency, having the right equipment is crucial. Only with the proper and easily accessible gear can paramedics and doctors intervene effectively and save lives. With our rescue backpacks, you are ideally equipped for deployment. Depending on the model, the emergency backpack offers a spacious interior, with or without practical outer pockets and additional storage compartments. Backpacks designed to accommodate a defibrillator or ECG device are also available, alongside purely medical backpacks.
Areas of Application
The areas of application for our emergency backpacks are diverse. In addition to standard models for rescue and healthcare workers, we also offer backpacks for police, aid organizations, and fire departments. You can choose between models with or without contents. We also offer specialized emergency backpacks for mountain and water rescue operations.
Backpack Material
The material of the backpack plays a crucial role in its functionality. Emergency backpacks are often made of tarpaulin material. This PVC fabric is highly tear-resistant and impervious to various external factors. Cuts and even mild acids cannot harm the durable material. The interior of emergency backpacks often features a well-designed system of transparent windows and mesh compartments, allowing the contents to be immediately visible. Another advantage of PVC tarpaulin is its easy cleaning—simply spraying with water and wiping dry is sufficient for light soiling. Polyester is another commonly used material. This tear-resistant fabric is lighter than PVC tarpaulin but slightly less robust against external influences. Transparent windows and mesh pouches are also often used in these models. Depending on the model, other materials and fastening systems, such as individual retaining straps, Velcro fasteners, and thermo-insulated pockets, are available.
Organized Layout for Easy Access
To ensure that every action is efficient during hectic emergencies, many of our emergency backpacks feature a simple, standardized color-coding system. All contents in the blue section are for patient ventilation, red is designated for circulatory care, and green is for wound treatment. Yellow indicates pediatric emergency supplies, and an additional gray compartment contains various accessories. This clear organization ensures that all essential items are easily visible and quickly accessible.
Size and Transport
Depending on the type of operation, our emergency backpacks come in different sizes and offer various transport options. Most models feature padded shoulder straps, allowing for the comfortable carrying of the backpack over long distances or up stairs without excessive effort. Some models also have a waist strap for added support. In addition to shoulder straps, carrying handles are often integrated, allowing for easy handling in homes or vehicles. The required size of the emergency backpack depends on your specific needs. Particularly small and lightweight models weigh around 1 kg, including the supplied accessories. Larger and more comprehensive models with specialized solutions can weigh up to 5 kg. Special models designed for fire departments, for instance, are larger to accommodate heavy items such as oxygen tanks or similar equipment.
