The ARDAP tick hook set of 3 is suitable for the safe removal of ticks of any size. The tick hooks are particularly easy to use. Whether a small or a large, fully engorged tick: with the different hook sizes, any tick can be removed quickly and completely. The tick hooks can be conveniently attached to a key ring or a dog lead, so they are always close at hand.

Practical use:

Choose the appropriate tick hook. Slide the split tip of the tick hook over your pet’s skin under the tick until it is held firmly. Now carefully and slowly lever the tick out of the skin with a slight pulling motion. Thanks to the practical attachment to a key ring or lead, the tick hooks are always within easy reach.

The tweezers remove even the smallest ticks, as well as thorns or splinters – safely and effortlessly.
The sturdy tick hook leverages out larger ticks thoroughly and without leaving any residue.
In its protective case, the tick hook with tweezers is the ideal companion when you’re out and about.

Use:
Tick tweezers – for small ticks, thorns and splinters
Hold the affected area of skin flat so that the tick lies on the skin and is easy to reach.
Grasp the tick with the tweezers as close to the skin as possible.
Pull the tick slowly and carefully upwards out of the skin.
Afterwards, it is recommended to disinfect the area with alcohol or iodine.

Tick hook – for larger ticks
Hold the affected area of skin flat so that the tick lies on the skin and is easy to reach.
Slide the V-shaped tick hook directly on the skin under the tick until it is firmly caught.
Now carefully and slowly lever the tick out of the skin while applying slight traction.
Afterwards, it is recommended to disinfect the area with alcohol or iodine.

FLEXINEB C1 Medication nebulizer System
The Flexineb C1 operates using clinically tested Nortev nebulisation technology. The device is absolutely silent and is therefore suitable even for very anxious animals. The medication is converted into a fine particle mist, allowing it to act effectively in the animal’s airways. Particles under 5 μm are absorbed via the lungs¹. (¹Test solution: 0.9% saline solution, *Dv5- (µm): 4.14, % < 5 µm): 71)

Areas of application:

- Feline asthma (asthma in cats)

Advantages:

By inhaling medication, it acts locally. This means the medication works directly in the airways. Thanks to this targeted effect, the dose of medication can be minimised, placing little demand on the liver for metabolism.

Medication:

Approved medications such as antibiotics or steroids can be inhaled using the device. Saline solutions to moisturise the airways can also be administered by inhalation. There is no need to heat or denature the medication.

- Inhalation via mask
The masks are available in 3 different sizes and are included in the scope of delivery. The large mask is suitable for animals from 10 kg body weight upwards. The medium mask is suitable for body weight up to 10 kg. The small mask is suitable for all cat breeds, small dogs, rodents, birds etc.
