Product information “EquiGreen MicroMineral”
Mineral supplementary feed for horses
For feeding horses according to their needs
Optimal daily supplement – minerals, trace elements, vitamins, powder
EquiGreen MicroMineral contains 100% purely natural ingredients such as algae, algae lime, grape seed meal and brewer’s yeast, which are rich in natural, readily available micronutrients such as minerals, trace elements, vitamins, etc. and, due to their plant-based origin, do not place additional strain on the detoxification organs. This enables an optimal, natural supply of micronutrients with calcium, magnesium, a complex of essential trace elements and alginates.
Particular attention should be paid to an optimal micronutrient supply:
- during growth
- during coat change
- during training and competition
- for breeding
- during stress
- for coat and skin problems
- for older animals
- for metabolic problems and allergies
- for hoof problems
Possible consequences of trace element and micronutrient deficiency:
- problems during coat change
- scaly skin
- dull coat
- delayed development
- degeneration of bones and joints
- weakened immune system
- susceptibility to stress
- poor hoof quality
- birth difficulties
Feeding as naturally as possible is the basic prerequisite for the horse’s health and performance. As herbivores adapted to the continuous intake of roughage-rich feed that is low in energy and protein, horses’ liver detoxification capacity is limited and is easily overloaded by overly nutrient-rich feed, environmental and other toxins, but also by synthetic vitamins, etc. This can contribute to feared metabolic problems that are increasingly common today, such as EMS, PSSM, etc.
EquiGreen MicroMineral is a natural, optimal supplement in the area of trace elements and micronutrients. Especially when feeding compound feeds, a deficiency situation can quickly arise because many substances are damaged, altered or destroyed by industrial and thermal processing. Synthetic substances cannot completely remedy this deficiency. For this reason, EquiGreen MicroMineral should not be missing from any diet.
Expert tip: Deficiency symptoms can also be caused by impaired intestinal function or a disturbed gut flora. Therefore, if absorption is impaired, feeding EquiGreen DarmRein is recommended, followed by a restorative course of EquiGreen DarmAktiv to improve absorption.
