JELONET is a soft paraffin gauze dressing that serves as a non-adherent layer between the wound and a secondary dressing. This allows an atraumatic dressing change for the patient. Thanks to the open dressing structure, wound exudate can drain easily into an absorbent secondary dressing. A special weave prevents fraying when cutting the dressing to size.
