The revolution in hand and forearm rehabilitation is the new Handmaster Plus hand exerciser from GHS. It promotes muscle development, stimulates the nerves and improves blood circulation. The training ball is supplied including 2 training bands for different hand sizes and an exercise guide. It is the ideal accessory for training the muscles of the hands and forearms. The trainer is also used in stroke rehabilitation, for tennis elbow and for carpal tunnel syndrome. The Handmaster Plus is available in 3 different resistance levels.
