Histofreezer is the proven cryosurgical system for the straightforward, bloodless and low-pain removal of warts and other benign skin lesions, with minimal risk of scarring. Thanks to its compact size and ease of use, this therapeutic product is suitable not only for dermatologists and surgeons, but also for general practitioners and paediatricians. The long shelf life of 3 years ensures cost-effectiveness, even when used infrequently. The compact aerosol can contains a liquefied gas mixture of dimethyl ether, propane and isobutane. With a simple press of the finger, special applicators are filled with the gas mixture and, due to a change of state, cool down within seconds to -55°C, the optimal temperature for freezing warts. No sterile environment is required, no anaesthesia, and the right applicator size is available for every indication: small (2 mm) and medium (5 mm).
