Many dogs, just like people, are exposed to situations that cause stress. Stress is a normal reaction of the body, often triggered in dogs by external influences. Changes in the usual environment due to moving house or renovation, stays in boarding kennels, or a new addition to the family are also considered stress factors. Stress particularly often occurs as a result of social imbalances: excessive expectations and performance pressure from the owner, rush, anger and conflicts in the household, or being left alone frequently. But boredom and lack of stimulation due to insufficient physical and mental activity also mean additional stress for many dogs. The plant-based ingredients in Canosept Home Comfort, derived from valerian and lavender, are known for their relaxing properties in dogs. The calming extracts are embedded in a polymer matrix and release relaxing fragrances both immediately and over the long term, which are absorbed by the dog. A clinical study found that the special concentration of the plant-based ingredients led to calming and a reduction in signs of stress in dogs after just a few days.

Instructions for use:
Remove the Canosept Home Comfort collar from its packaging and fit it directly on your dog like a conventional collar. The effect begins immediately after opening the pouch and lasts for up to 30 days. Ensure there is space for about two fingers’ width between the collar and the dog’s neck to guarantee a comfortable fit. Any excess length behind the collar fastener should simply be cut off. The Canosept Home Comfort collar can be worn continuously and does not need to be removed when bathing the dog. After the application period has ended, if stress-related symptoms reoccur, a new “Canosept calming collar” can be fitted. Thanks to a safety mechanism, the collar releases automatically when greater resistance occurs. It is recommended to use the calming collar in combination with the Canosept Homecomfort spray or medallion to increase wellbeing in the home environment.
