The arm positioning cushion consists of a shape-stable inflatable inner section, a quilted fleece cover and a white cotton outer cover. It extends from the armpit to a grip bolster for the hand. During use, press the rounded part of the
cushion into the armpit; the arm rests gently supported on the inflated arm splint, and the wide end of the arm support provides a grip bolster to hold on to.
