Training Model White Skin Cancer – enlarged
Continuous exposure to sunlight can damage skin cells. If the damaged cells do not die off or repair themselves, they degenerate and visible skin cancer develops.
The skin cancer training model was developed to help healthcare educators explain the different types of skin cancer and their appearance.
The enlarged training model shows a typical basal cell carcinoma, a squamous cell carcinoma (spinalioma) and a malignant melanoma. Different variants of the appearance of skin cancer are illustrated.
The skin cancer training model includes the training model, a stable base, a double-sided teaching card (English), a stand and a storage box.
