This wound simulation made from skin-friendly material adheres independently to the skin of a simulated patient, a mannequin or the supplied base. The wound can be applied to any area of the body, e.g. over the knee to simulate a wound following knee endoprosthesis surgery, or as a wound after a caesarean section. The soft material moves with the body and can also be applied over joints. If the adhesive strength decreases, it can be reactivated simply by wiping the back with medical alcohol. For longer-term attachment during a course, we recommend a suitable skin adhesive.
