Lastotel is a highly elastic fixation bandage with chain threads made of crimped polyamide and weft threads made of skin-friendly hydrophilic fibres. Lastotel can be applied quickly and easily; complicated bandaging techniques are unnecessary.
Application:
For all types of fixation bandages, especially on joints as well as on conical and rounded parts of the body; thanks to the hard-wearing fabric, very suitable for wrapping splints.
Characteristics:
Lastotel has an extensibility of approx. 140% and can also be applied to conical parts of the body or joints without reversal turns.
Bandages made from Lastotel do not constrict and do not impair blood circulation or desired joint movements.
The bandage has a crepe-like surface structure, so that the individual bandage layers adhere securely to each other without slipping. The bandages fit reliably and stay in place.
Lastotel is soft and air-permeable and can be sterilised (steam A 134 °C).
Various versions of Lastotel are available as a bulk pack with 100 bandages in compact packaging, which offers not only economic but also ecological advantages: the compact packaging saves packaging material, helps to avoid waste and reduces transport and storage volume.
