Thanks to its good drainage properties and high air permeability, gauze dressing is still a modern wound dressing material. Especially for the initial treatment of acute, contaminated, infected and heavily exuding wounds—often involving considerable consumption of dressing material—the use of gauze dressing is also recommended for economic reasons. With Mullro, gauze dressing is available in a practical roll format for producing individual wound dressings.
