The outer layer of the Easy Splints is made of a plastic foam (IPXE) and the core consists of a soft, mouldable aluminium alloy. This ensures that the splint is suitable for almost all injuries. In addition, the chosen materials make them extremely lightweight, comfortable and radiolucent. The outer layer is liquid-repellent, e.g. blood, secretions, sweat, etc. The aluminium alloy can be rolled and folded, making it space-saving.
