SMITH&NEPHEW Jelonet sterile, 10x10 cm paraffin coated cotton gauze

JELONET is a soft paraffin gauze dressing that serves as an anti-adherent layer between the wound and the secondary dressing. This enables an atraumatic dressing change for the patient. Thanks to the open dressing structure, wound exudate can drain easily into an absorbent secondary dressing. A special weave prevents fraying when cutting the dressing to size. Can be used for the management of minor burns, wounds with skin loss (lacerations, abrasions and skin graft donor/recipient sites) as well as leg ulcers.
