This model is suitable for practising the use of suction catheters in the nose, mouth and pharynx, as well as for the care of the tracheostomy opening. In addition, the model can be used to practise the insertion of a nasogastric tube and the care of a gastrostomy opening (PEG), as used in everyday care.

- The gastric tube components include an internal tank, allowing practice with real fluids.
- Correct positioning of the gastric tube can be checked by aspirating fluid and by auscultating air bubbles.
- The fluid tank has a drainage function.
- For easier cleaning, the model can be dismantled.
- All fluid tanks can be rinsed.
