Ultrasound bronchoscopy trainer
This model is designed not only for training with ultra-thin bronchoscopes, but can also be used to practise transbronchial needle aspiration.
Features:
- Visualisation of bronchoscopy ultrasound images of lymph nodes embedded in the puncture area enables training in realistic diagnosis of metastases in hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes. Puncture of target lymph nodes is also possible.
- The bronchial tree is manufactured using a special production process and enables bronchoscopy down to fifth-order bronchioles.
- The head model allows practice of the entire procedure, including locating the bifurcation between the trachea and oesophagus.
- The bronchial tree and its holder can be easily removed from the case.
- The bronchial tree can be easily rinsed through with water after practice.
- The flexible plastic has a similar flexibility to real tissue, so the tactile feel when inserting the bronchoscope is very lifelike. The inside of the bronchus is realistically coloured and looks like real tissue.
