This package is specially designed to simulate a disaster situation, in which applying make-up to several casualties covers the widest range of wounds. It includes special gunshot wounds such as through-and-through shots, larger avulsion injuries and complex jaw wounds, as well as a large selection of make-up accessories. The set is supplied in a transport case and contains the following items: Bleeding wounds (complete with reservoir bags and pump device): 2 open upper-arm fractures, 2 open tibia fractures. Non-bleeding wounds: assortment with 60 wounds and open fractures to stick on. Make-up accessories: 3x blood powder, 2x clotting blood, 2x modelling paste, latex for scar simulation, make-up paint, make-up pencils, sweat simulation and much more.
