For dressing fixation and covering, and for securing measuring instruments, cannulas, etc., a wide range of fixation tapes is required to meet the different requirements in terms of indications and skin types.
Hypoallergenic fixation non-woven made from white non-woven material with synthetic rubber adhesive; particularly soft and conformable; stretchable crosswise; extremely permeable to air and water vapour; no maceration, adheres securely, painless and removes without residue; can be radiation-sterilised, radiolucent.
Application:
For all types of dressing fixation, for securing probes, cannulas, catheters or measuring instruments in patients with sensitive skin. Ensure application to dry and clean skin.
Characteristics:
All Omni fixation tapes are hypoallergenic and, due to their adhesive, particularly skin-friendly and breathable.
The tapes can be torn off easily by hand, yet adhere securely and can be removed without leaving residue.
Omni fixation tapes do not absorb X-rays and therefore do not need to be removed for X-ray examinations.
