Supercrotal / Compressan – ear tag, large model, for cattle, with consecutive numbering of up to 7 digits on one side and up to 5 letters on the other side, 40 mm long, 12 mm wide, with individual numbering (from 1001) and/or labelling

Applying the Supercrotal ear tag – To apply the Supercrotal ear tag, the Supercrotal one-hand applicator pliers 72959.000 are required for the large model and 72969.000 for the small model. The ear tag is inserted into the open pliers (do not press on the stud; instead pull the ear tag into the jaws of the pliers), then the ear is threaded in and the pliers are closed. The pressure of the pliers pulls the Supercrotal ear tag through the ear (it cuts its own hole with the sharp edge of the stud), automatically rivets and releases. When applying, you only need to make sure that the ear tag does not hit cartilage ridges. It is advisable not to apply the ear tags in midsummer if possible, as a few drops of blood produced during application can attract flies. It makes sense to apply the ear tags before or after turnout to pasture.

Because applying the Supercrotal ear tag practically requires only one working step, namely a single closing movement of the pliers, this method is superior to other systems! In addition, losses with Supercrotal ear tags are extremely low!
