For long-term urinary drainage: Decisive factors for long-term use are minimal tendency to encrustation and maximum wearing comfort. Particularly flexible and supple catheters are required here, which are optimally compatible with the tissue and do not cause irritation to the mucous membranes. Silclear catheters are ideal for these requirements. Also ideal in cases of confirmed or suspected latex allergy. The optimal alternative – thus completely eliminating any risk of latex allergy. In individual cases, the indwelling time for these catheters can be up to 4 weeks thanks to the non-allergenic and encrustation-inhibiting surfaces.

• With X-ray contrast stripe up to the tip
• With well-fitting and easily inflatable balloon (5–10 ml)
