This sling has a similar cut pattern to the comfort sling with integrated head support; however, thanks to the mesh structure of the material it is water-permeable and dries quickly. It is therefore particularly well suited for wet areas.

The mobile standard and active mini lift aks-mini dualo® completes the aks lift family. The dual principle focuses on greater flexibility and freedom of choice. The mini lift meets all the requirements of a “full-size” lift, but is more manoeuvrable and easier to handle thanks to its more compact dimensions.

• Multifunctionality: optimum use of the versatile functions of a standard and/or stand-up lift, such as lifting, transferring and assisting people to stand up; picking up from the floor in a lying position is possible

• Flexibility: easy conversion from standard lift to active lift and vice versa; simplified plug-in function thanks to stainless steel square tubes
• Freedom of choice: Take your time. If you decide, for example, on a standard lift, you can retrofit the active lift stand-up arm and the corresponding equipment at any time

The dual principle focuses on greater flexibility and freedom of choice. Particular emphasis has been placed on increased comfort, safety and multifunctionality. The aks-dualo® is used to transfer and raise a person in combination with aks lifting slings for care at home or in a residential/nursing home.

If you order the bed with assembly service, an installation appointment must be arranged via our customer support. Due to capacity constraints, a prompt assembly date immediately after delivery cannot always be guaranteed, so please allow for possible waiting time between delivery and assembly.

Please also note that the manufacturer delivers the bed “kerbside” only – as a rule, it is not delivered to the place of installation. By the agreed assembly date, it must be ensured that the bed to be assembled is already at its final location and that the rooms are suitably prepared for installation in terms of space and cleanliness.

Product description:

aks developed the SB L to XXL bed series for heavy and tall patients. The SB L model is intended for people weighing up to 150 kg who, due to their anatomy, cannot be adequately cared for with standard beds.

The SB XL can be used for care-dependent persons with a body weight of up to 200 kg and features higher end panels and three side rail bars. SB XXL completes the heavy-duty range. With its particularly stable double scissor mechanism, the heavy-duty bed easily achieves the outstanding performance of supporting patient weights of up to 300 kg.

As a further development, this sling offers a range of advantages. Thanks to the special back reinforcement, which transitions seamlessly into the head support, the back and head area are supported and kept upright. In addition to the leg and shoulder loops, 4-way adjustable head loops also allow the sling to be individually adapted to the patient. This provides greater safety and support. The mesh in the buttock area prevents the patient from slipping out. The special shape of the leg supports makes it easier to lift the patient quickly and safely. The entire body is stabilised and supported. This sling is particularly suitable for patients with impairments of the upper body’s postural and musculoskeletal system.
