If you order the bed with assembly service, an installation appointment must be arranged via our customer support. Due to capacity constraints, a prompt assembly date immediately after delivery cannot always be guaranteed, so please allow for possible waiting time between delivery and assembly.
Please also note that the manufacturer delivers the bed “kerbside” only – as a rule, it is not delivered to the place of installation. By the agreed assembly date, it must be ensured that the bed to be assembled is already at its final location and that the rooms are suitably prepared for installation in terms of space and cleanliness.

aks developed the SB L to XXL bed series for heavy and tall patients. The SB L model is intended for people weighing up to 150 kg who, due to their anatomy, cannot be adequately cared for with standard beds.
The SB XL can be used for care-dependent persons with a body weight of up to 200 kg and features higher end panels and three side rail bars. SB XXL completes the heavy-duty range. With its particularly stable double scissor mechanism, the heavy-duty bed easily achieves the outstanding performance of supporting patient weights of up to 300 kg.
