Application:
For hygienic and surgical hand disinfection by rubbing in. Especially for all working areas with an increased risk of infection (infectious disease wards, intensive care units, dialysis departments), accident and emergency wards, outpatient clinics, laboratories.
Sterillium® Virugard is the first alcohol-based hand disinfectant that has been tested and recognised for the prevention of viral diseases (activity spectrum B).

Mandatory information:

Sterillium Virugard: Active substance: ethanol.

Composition: 100 g solution contain: Active substance: ethanol 99% 95.0 g. Other ingredients: butan-2-one, glycerol, tetradecan-1-ol, benzine.

Indications: Hygienic and surgical hand disinfection.

Contraindications: Do not use on mucous membranes. Do not use in the immediate vicinity of the eyes or on open wounds. Hypersensitivity to ingredients.

Side effects: Mild, diffuse skin irritation or allergic reactions may occur rarely. In such cases, it is recommended to intensify general skin care.

Warnings: Keep away from open flames. Do not use near sources of ignition. Close bottle after use. Flash point according to DIN 51755: 0 °C. Highly flammable. Avoid electrostatic charging. Do not touch anything with hands wet with alcohol. After spillage of the disinfectant, the following measures must be taken: immediate absorption of the liquid, dilution with plenty of water, ventilating the room and eliminating sources of ignition. Do not smoke. Any transfer into another container may only be carried out under aseptic conditions (laminar flow cabinet).

Alcohol-free impregnated disinfectant wipes with very good cleaning performance while being gentle on materials. Effective after just 1 minute. Areas of application:
For the prevention and control of infectious diseases. Suitable for materials such as plastics, lacquered surfaces, ceramics, acrylic glass, etc. Special suitability assessments for Plexiglas, ultrasound probes and the interiors of ambulances are available.

Spectrum of activity:
Efficacy: bactericidal, fungicidal, virucidal (enveloped viruses such as HIV, HBV, HCV, influenza, vaccinia, as well as additionally norovirus and rotavirus).

Composition
Contained in 100 g of liquid: 0.25 g dialkyldimethylammonium chloride, 0.25 g benzalkonium chloride, 0.25 g alkyldimethyl(ethylbenzyl)ammonium chloride. Other ingredients: fragrances.

Carefully rinse the impression material under water for approx. 5–10 sec. Completely immerse the impression in MyClean® AD for at least 10 sec. and move slightly. Remove the impression and allow to act for 5 min. Then rinse with clean water.

Composition:
Active substances per 100 g: 0.2 g polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, 0.64 g didecyldimethylammonium chloride, non-ionic surfactants, stabilisers and auxiliaries.

Sterillium hand disinfectant is ideally suited for hygienic and surgical disinfection. The disinfectant is simply rubbed into the hands. This means hygienically disinfected hands can be ensured independently of a washbasin and water. Sterillium hand disinfectant is used in all hygiene-relevant areas in healthcare and industry, in home nursing care, elderly care and infant care, and in home dialysis. In addition, it helps protect against infections in public facilities and when travelling. It achieves full effectiveness against bacteria, fungi and enveloped viruses with a contact time of 1.5 minutes. This means the hands are surgically disinfected. Even with continuous use, Sterillium is particularly skin-friendly. Please note that the disinfectant is not suitable for mucous membranes, eyes or open wounds. In addition, there is a risk of hypersensitivity (allergy) to one of the ingredients.

Sterillium: Active substances: propan-2-ol, propan-1-ol, mecetronium ethylsulfate.

Composition: 100 g of solution contain: Active substances: propan-2-ol 45.0 g, propan-1-ol 30.0 g, mecetronium ethylsulfate 0.2 g. Other ingredients: glycerol 85%, tetradecan-1-ol, fragrances, Patent Blue V 85%, purified water.

Indications: For hygienic and surgical hand disinfection. For skin disinfection before injections and punctures.

Contraindications: Not suitable for disinfection of mucous membranes. Do not use in the immediate vicinity of the eyes or on open wounds. Hypersensitivity (allergy) to one of the ingredients.

Side effects: Occasionally, slight dryness or irritation of the skin may occur. In such cases, it is recommended to intensify general skin care. Allergic reactions are rare.

Warnings:
Sterillium must not be used in newborns and premature infants. Only use electrical devices after the product has dried. Do not bring into contact with open flames. Do not use near sources of ignition. Flash point 23 °C, flammable. When used as intended, no fire or explosion hazard is to be expected. After spillage of the disinfectant, the following measures must be taken: immediately absorb the liquid, dilute with plenty of water, ventilate the room and remove sources of ignition. Do not smoke. In the event of fire, extinguish with water, dry powder, foam or CO2. Any decanting may only be carried out under aseptic conditions (laminar flow cabinet).
